OPERATIONS ADVISORY FOR WOMEN FOUNDERS READY TO SCALE

You built something REAL. You never built the machine to run it without you.

Every big decision, tricky exception, and judgment call still lands on your plate. I take a real look at the bigger picture, tell you what needs to change, and
help you find your starting point.

THE REAL ISSUE

It's not about ability. Your business has outgrown how it operates.

As a former VP of Business Development and Operations, I tripled an organization's clients, revenue, and community impact. Women founders believe saying yes to everyone keeps them safe, but it's actually what's eating their margin and blocking their growth, so... I diagnose what's really broken in their business so that they scale with confidence, stop fearing failure or a return to corporate.

You don't need another person asking what you think; you need someone to tell you what actually needs to change.

I Assess. I Advise. You Decide. We Get Moving.

SELF SELECTOR

This work is for you when:

You’ve built something real that people
already pay for.

The business is growing and ready to scale, but you still handle too much decision-making.

You want an experienced point of view, even one
you didn’t expect.

You or your team are ready to move once the
direction is clear.

ABOUT
Woman wearing white glasses and a red blazer standing in an art gallery, holding a coffee mug, surrounded by framed artwork on the wall.

I have built the complicated thing. TWICE.

For 22 years, I ran operations inside a complex, politically targeted healthcare organization: nineteen health centers, a project office built from zero, and a $130 million P&L.

At the same time, nights and weekends, I co-founded Fathom Bistro in San Diego: the business plan, operating structure, policies, and pricing. I even worked the floor.

Fourteen years later, Fathom is still going. My co-founder runs the day-to-day of what we built together.

Most people in this space can tell you how a business should operate.

I've made the complicated thing work with high stakes, changing conditions, and no obvious handed-to-me playbook.

I advise from experience because I've done the work.

Testimonials

You don’t need to keep getting better at carrying the whole business.

You need systems that carry it instead.

That's how you grow. That's how you scale.
