FOR WOMEN FOUNDERS READY TO SCALE

I’m the operator women founders need.

A woman with short curly hair is sitting on a beige sofa in an art gallery or living room. She is smiling and holding a coffee mug that has the words 'COSTA DULCE' written on it. She is wearing a sleeveless black top, a silver bracelet, and high heels with a snakeskin pattern. There are several framed artworks on the wall behind her, including a checkered pattern and abstract designs. The floor has a patterned rug, and there's a laptop on her lap.

I've spent my career building the things that didn't exist yet, finding what was broken and making complicated operations work, time and time again.

Now I bring that experience to women who have already built something real, are ready to grow, and are done being the one holding it up.

If you want a coach, this isn't it.

If you want someone who has built and run the operation, knows what breaks at scale, and will tell you exactly what to fix first, keep reading.

22 YEARS IN THE OPERATOR'S SEAT

I know what it means to be the one everyone counts on to hold it all together.

For two decades, I ran operations inside a complex, politically targeted healthcare organization: nineteen health centers, a project office built from zero, a $130 million P&L on my shoulders while regulations, politics, and leadership kept shifting under me. ALL THE TIME.

Real decisions, made under real conditions, with real consequences.

THE OTHER PROOF

I also built a business from the ocean up.

Nights and weekends, I co-founded Fathom Bistro in San Diego. I wrote the plan, built the structure, and worked the floor as we built. Fourteen years later, it's still running on the infrastructure we built, without me in-house every night.

MY DECISION FRAMEWORK

The decisions still have to feel alive.

Every consequential decision gets three readings:
How excited are you, how scared are you, how dead does it feel?

Scared is allowed! Scared usually means it matters. Probably a lot.
Dead is different. That's obligation, not conviction, and it costs you way more than it gives back.

I built this framework for my own decisions, and I still run every significant choice I make through it.

WHAT FOUNDERS TELL ME TIME AND TIME AGAIN

“I don't want another coach. I want someone with real experience telling me what the f*ck to do."

How I Work

Direct, NEVER Performative

If the plan is radically off, I'll tell you. I'm not direct just to be direct. It’s purposeful.

Built For Founders Ready To Scale

I work with women done treading water, ready to grow. If that's not you yet, this isn't right for you.

Strategic, But Grounded

I do the head work. You and your team stay involved in the execution because it has to work in your real business, not just on paper.

Honest About The Underbelly

Every business has politics, history, and dynamics nobody wants to revisit. I pay attention to all of it and give it the focus it needs.

Built For A Clean Exit

I don't create dependence and call it a partnership. When the work is done, it’s done. I will be here as long as our work together is useful, and I won’t overstay my welcome.

A business you actually run, on your terms, at the scale you choose, that's the real victory.

WHO THIS WORK IS FOR

Is This You?

You’ve built something real, and proven people will pay for it.

You want an experienced point of view, even when it's not the one you expected.

Your business is growing, but too much judgment still lives in your head.

You or your team can execute once the direction
is clear.

You're ready to look at the entire operation, not just this week's loudest symptom.

You want a decision,
not more information.

This isn’t for everyone.

It's for founders serious enough about what they've built to change how they run it to grow.
